I also recommend eating smaller meals throughout the day. I find eating six small meals helps me stay energized during the day and fills me up. By eating small meals throughout the day you limit your intake of food that is high in fat, sugar and salt. By eating healthy foods you also keep your metabolism up. I don’t have anything against exercise, as long as you do it in moderation. Lighten up on the jogging or brisk walking, and take a nice jog after lunch.
